This is WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!!  Centrally close to everything in America's Caribbean paradise for easy short drive to all the St Thomas beaches and premier eateries and convenient to boating activities and island hops to St. John, Water Island, and British Virgin Islands, all close to St. Thomas.

Our personally owned OCEANVIEW, NON-SMOKING Studio villa is a romantic accommodation with Queen size bed, , fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and recliner, Wi-fi, large flat screen cable TV, AC, walk-in closet, designer bath with spacious shower, privacy blinds, &  furnished balcony with panoramic ocean views of Morningstar Beach & its beautiful Caribbean-blue waters, coconut palms, & tropical setting.  Oceanviews throughout!!!

Morningstar Studio is located where you want to be; private but close to beaches & town on the South sunny shore of St. Thomas. Within short 5 minutes to Havensite and Charlotte Amalie, known as the duty-free shopping capitol of the Caribbean. Red Hook is only 15 minutes drive east for St. John & BVI ferries.  YOU WILL NEED A RENTAL CAR FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN STT and for car ferry to St. John to explore both islands.   Perfect location if you are attending or hosting a wedding or event being so close to Westin/Marriott resorts here in St. Thomas  (and much better than a hotel or even a condo, with full kitchen, more private luxury pool, Washer/Dryer, and amenities of home + portable items for being mobile to the beaches (small cooler, beach towels/bag, portable chairs).

We try to think of everything for our guests and look forward to helping you plan your Caribbean vacation come true at one of our exquisite St. Thomas properties.     Pack light and prepare to feel right at home!  At the villa, each guest is provided with a Starter supply of shampoo, liquid soap, paper towels and toiletries.  Be pampered with nice bath and beach Linens, Hair dryer , Iron, Washer/Dryer, free Wi-Fi, and designated parking at the villa are nice extra, including , shared amenities of our breathtaking infinity edge pool, gas grill with burner for outdoor grilling, and washer/dryer.  

 

For those of you who may want to dine-in & enjoy the spectacular views & privacy of this charming Studio, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the appliances & cookware of home. Whether inside or on the lanai, you will enjoy the magnificent ocean views & sunsets.

There is so much to see & do in the Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, Water Island and neighboring islands); and we help our guests sort through it all with an email of our personal recommendations for beautiful beaches, best snorkeling, dining, activities, & island-hopping to help you plan a wonderful Caribbean vacation. Wanna fully experience the islands of St. Thomas & St. John (reachable by twenty-minute car ferry), simply pack your car with portable chairs, cooler, beach towels & gear & be mobile all week.  Want to explore and see the islands by water, we can recommend day-trip ferries to St John, Water Island in USVI's or Jost Van Dyke BVI, or boating charters (Stormy Pirates), or deep sea fishing charters (Ocean Safari).     And there is also world re-known jewelry shopping in town - diamonds and gems of all shapes, sizes and colors at duty free pricing and extreme quality.   So much to do and see!

NO PASSPORT NEEDED FOR US CITIZENS TO USVI
Another wonderful reason to select St. Thomas (STT) for your vacation destination is NO PASSPORT is needed for US Citizens to US Virgin Island.  Certified birth certificate & valid photo ID continue to be accepted for visiting America's island paradise. Most major airlines fly into STT (US Airways, Delta, American, United, Continental, Jet Blue, Spirit).  For flights to STT, try your preferred airline or travel websites, such as kayak,. google flights, and expedia for airfares. A rental car can optimize your vacation experience.  Avis, Budget and Thrifty/Dollar or 360 car rental, Paradise or Discount to reserve online and rent cars at the STT airport -  advance reservations for weekly rates are most economical.

We are on island and depending on the time of year, on property, to maintain these excellent amenities, or if any assistance is needed for this or other offerings by Island Time Properties VI.

Some notes: We took a few years break from renting the studio during new pool build-out and pandemic but are back better than ever!   For mobility at this accommodation, you will need to be able to walk some stairs with this being multi-level with a down from the parking space to the 1st floor studio - you will have the floor to yourself.  Don't let 1st floor concern you because the views are sweeping and to the blue horizon from all levels. Perfect accomodations for 1 couple or 1 person.  Sorry, no children, and absolutely No smoking or vaping on the entire property (inside and out).
